Umbrella Burger emerged not just from a love for all things burgers, but from a commitment to our family of employees during the challenging times of the Covid-19 lockdowns at our original venture Umbrella Bar in Ottawa. Determined to keep our team with us, we embarked on a culinary journey delivering two things we love: Crispy edged smashburgers and spicy fried chicken sandwiches. The concept became so popular it begged to be its own joint. Umbrella Burger was born.
